The Case for Agile Methodologies against Traditional Ones in Financial Software Projects

Agile methodologies have emerged to challenge traditional ones and overcome their limitations. Increasingly, software development organizations are scaling agile practices in order meet the requirements of quickly changing regularly developing business environment. The main objectives this study investigate differences between project management methodologies, as well identify some key advantages challenges applying a financial findings clearly show that using environment increases efficiency transparency process, stakeholders’ satisfaction, but managers must know how adapt different frameworks given context organization.
